These should be taken only once a day, especially to get used to them. They have some caffeine related compounds in them and if you drink coffee too, your heart rate may go up. Be careful if you take other medications, prescription and over the counter, to prevent any issues that could occur due to ingredients interacting with each other. Price was good for a two pack. They work one day for me, but, for some reason do nothing the second day. Again, it could be due to other supplements and meds I am taking. Go slowly and if over 55 years old with Hypertension, Diabetes, Hypercholesteremia, or other chronic conditions involving the heart, liver and/or brain, discuss with your doctor. It depends how bad you wanna lose weight. Are you willing to die to lose weight?These pills DO work and they DO help you lose weight...they're basically caffeine pills. And how the caffeine works is it speeds up your metabolism and then you lose weight even if you eat a bunch of junk.The only problem is the caffeine level in these pills is SO HIGH that if you drink even a little soda with them or God forbid, coffee...your body goes into "caffeine shock" and you can have a heart attack....I stopped taking them when my chest started hurting and my heart felt like it was going to explode...I almost passed out at work....I'd rather hit the gym and try to diet then be found dead because I took some weight loss pills....still...the pills did work for me, i took them for a month and lost about 15lbs...even though I ate a bunch of junk like pizza and burgers...but BEWARE....The risk is real.

I’ve taken this product off and on for several years when I was dieting and with a low carb diet and excercose I’ve lost incredible amounts of weight! The first time I took it 10 years ago I lost 53 pounds in 3 months...this time I’ve lost 65 pounds in 6 months..I take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening before dinner and I don’t eat past 6...I love akavar!

I started taking this when i was at my heaviest 175lbs. I took 2 at a time and twice a day. In 3months i lost a total of 35lbs! I was very active while taking this product so that definitely helped me speed up the process. It has been about 5years now and due to me switching from an active job to a desk job i have unfortunately put 20lbs back on, but that is simply due to me not being as active anymore. I truly loved this product and am going to be purchasing it again in hopes of dropping a few extra pounds.

i give this 2 stars because maybe for some this would work. i started having female problems shortly after taking these. basically i've been on my monthly for a month now along with horrible pimples, mood swings like crazy! i tried to figure out what was going on. I looked up the ingredients in this formula. This is the exact same crap as Estrin-D a menopausal diet pill. I'm 26 not 46! Also the creators are being sued by a lot of people and this isn't their first go around with weight loss diet aids. please look at what your buying. I thought i was getting a good deal. Not my hormones all over the place causing me to bleed for 3 1/2 weeks now. I stopped them yesterday. I hope my body returns back to normal. This is horrible.

It's a terrible product. It does nothing that it claims to and was a supreme waste of money. I actually gained weight and it made me very fatigued. I did some research on the functions of the active ingerdients and found that it contains substances that relax flat muscle tissue- I believe these compounds impede the function of muscles in the digestive tract as well larger muscle groups. I'll never buy it again. If I could return it for a refund I would.
