Forest Whole FoodsOrganic Hulled Millet (5kg)

I have been buying and enjoying millet for years and I usually know what I am buying. I thought this looked too yellow and the grains to big to be Euro or US product which is light in colour, smaller grains and fluffy and sweetish when cooked as apposed to Chinese which is very heavy and sticky in texture and bitter to the taste. I contacted sellers who I use a lot and they quickly confirmed it was not Chinese. I soaked and steamed this with very much doubt of the result, but was very surprised and pleased that it is sweet and fluffy and tasty. So thank you Forest Foods, I will be enjoying the benefits of this order and will be ordering again with confidence. Just to say a negative, it would be good for the country of origins to be printed on package, I would of felt better about my purchase.
