So the fragrent is not exactly like real pipe tobacco. But it is a very warm and cozy scent, that is not too overpowering. What I was impressed by, is how durable and high quality it is. I lit it this morning, but forgot about it and went to work. (That was extremely careless and dangerous of me.)But when I came home, about 7 hrs later, I found the candle still intact, still burning, and the glass was barely warm. It had been burning for almost 8 hours, yet only melted about a quarter inch of wax. Definitely recommend this candle. But please, don't forget to put it out, like i did.

My son gave me this for Christmas and I love it. I have always loved the smell of burning pipe tobacco. It takes me right back to my childhood and memories of that smell as it seems more men smoked pipes back in the old days when I was young. I was worried the scent wouldn't be very strong, but it is. Not overbearing, but very noticeable and pleasant to have burning.

This is my favorite candle. Wonderful warm aroma. Reminds me of a sitting by a cozy fireplace with a good book on a cold snowy day!

The scent is amazing and like so many other reviewers, it reminds me of my grandpa. My only complaint is that the throw isn’t great. I knocked off a star because in order to smell it I have to be pretty close, which is disappointing for the price. I’ve had other DW candles and the throw has been great.

My Dad smoked a pipe. He’s been gone since 1987 and I still miss him every day. I saved his tobacco pouch but it is falling apart in shambles. I could take a whiff now and then but now I can light this amazing candle and be transported back to my father’s living room. The aroma is spot on. Amazing !! So reminiscent of pipe tobacco. I love it.

Arrived because a friend of mine had an amazing smell in his business. I asked what it was and he said a tobacco candle. It reminded me of my Great Uncle who use to smoke pipes. It smelled so good. I looked at all Amazon had and chose this one. Weakest smell ever. Can only smell it in the candle itself the smell doesn’t smell the room up. Oh well, onto the next one.

The scent is faint but nice. Not really pipe tobacco like I was hoping.
