No more gum
I use these to replace gum. I was chewing gum so often that my jaw was sore. These are very minty and freshen your breath.

Helped me stop nicotine pouches.
I was somewhat concerned about keeping a sugared pouch close to my gum and teeth... BUT, I wasn't concerned when I was using tobacco! With that I am hopeful about utilizing these mint pouches and the possibility of positive effects of using. Might update stars down the road a bit.

Best ones out there!
These are the best ones I have tried, better than all the others. These pouches are dry inside the can (they are supposed to be), the flavor lasts 4 times all the other pouches I have tried!

Not the worst dip substitute, but not the best.
On my quest to stay smokeless tobacco-free, I tried this product. The pouches keep loose leaves from finding their way between teeth. The taste is just okay--which could be the difference for some between using this and going back to the real thing. I had other mint products to use when this one failed to give me the oral stimulus I needed in a few moments of weakness. Long story-short, I'm still not dipping. But to finish off these 5 cans, I needed menthol cough drops to supplement the weak mint flavor.
