LG G Pad 8.3 Tablet Quad-core 2gb RAM 16gb Flash 8.3 Full Hd Display White

Maybe it's because this is my first tablet, but I love it. It's fast, plays games, and for my uses, has decent battery life. I keep my brightness at about 50% manually, to try to save on battery life. It doesn't take long to charge, and can be used while it's charging. I love the different things I can do with it. The games I play on it give me a bit of nostalgia, where I grew up playing games on a gameboy. To me, this tablet is the evolution of mobile gaming. I know I would not want a tablet with less ram. It was amazingly difficult to find a tablet that has 2gb of ram. The quad-core processor is nearly top of the line, but finding the better Snapdragon processor was more difficult than finding a tablet that had 2 gb of ram. It was also much more costly. This tablet is very good performance for it's price.I use this tablet every day. I love to read books, and it's great for that. It's great for playing games. It's not very heavy. It is great for portable entertainment, because it's got a beautiful ips panel. I love it's screen size, and wouldn't want a tablet that was smaller. I don't have problems streaming from Netflix, Hulu, or Youtube. I have a lot of fun with the free game apps for Android.I don't know if the webcam is good, because I don't use it. The rear-facing camera is awesome, and has been used many times to take photos.The speakers produce good sound. I'd imagine that if you turned the sound up really loud that they would sort of flatten out and sound horrible. The headphone port is in an alright place.I honestly wouldn't trade this tablet for any other tablet on the market right now. It's performance for it's price is great.

I really love this and I'm a tablet freak. It's really the one piece of personal technology that I use on a daily basis. I've had this for about a year now and use it a lot. It's my "travel tablet". The larger one stays at home. So this rides the subway with me everyday for videos, music, games, and reading. First of all, since a lot of people buy it for this sole purpose, Netflix looks gorgeous on this screen. Very sharp. With Netflix on the go that is now super important to me. Plays all my games and I've linked it with my phone which was seamless. As I said I've had this for a year and it goes pretty much where I go, including the gym for entertainment and my workout tracker, and it still looks as new as the day I got it. I can only give this a very high recommendation. Again it seems like it was built to play Netflix.

This tablet is great! I was between an older Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 or the newest Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4. But after playing with all of them at a local retailer, liked the G Pad the best. Luckily found a "Like New" condition G Pad on Amazon and can't regret my decision.It updated itself over the air OTA to Kit Kat 4.4.2. It is fast and have a lot of small features like double tapping to turn the screen On or Off, change charging or storage connection for USB to computer, etc. The screen is gorgeous and sound is loud compared to other tablets. It is really thin and light so it makes a great reader, the 8.3 size just feels right on your hand.I will recommend this tablet to anyone.

I purchased this to replace my Google Nexus 7 (gen 1). I wanted a little larger form factor so the 8.3 fit the bill. I currently use the LG G2 for a phone, and am very pleased with it. So getting a tablet that is the same is beneficial for me. I read all reviews, did a lot of research, and am very happy with this purchase. I have been using it now for several months.Why I like the size - It fits in my back pocket to keep my hands free to handle my bags to the overhead bins and thus not hold up the boarding line, and keep my phone out for my boarding pass as I get on the plane. Its a good size in landscape mode for various games and watching videos if I choose.I was a little worried when I read several reviews complaining of the screen brightness. I don't know where these people are using their tablet, but I set my screen brightness to about 40% and put it on auto and have never had any problems...Overall I am very pleased and would recommend it.

This tablet was fantastic as far as specs go. Then the front screen started popping off. I figured the screen previously broke and was poorly replaced. Wasnt even 5 minutes and I had to sadly pull the trigger for a return. Otherwise this beast is fast. Worth it if the seller had done the replacement for the screen correctly.

Selected after trying the Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 which is also a very good tablet but with {for me anyway} some idiosyncrasies in touch controls making it a deal breaker. G Pad was bought refurbished. Have not has one problem so far. Decent battery life, excellent HD screen, beautifully balanced, natural appearing colors. fast processor running the latest android operating system, and quality build. Overall, a very appealing product. Would buy again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

I bought this in April 2014 and it had some problems so I sent it to LG to see if they can fix it but found that it has no IMEI number and that it is an imitation from china .So please be careful when you buy it from amazon make sure you get the IMEI number

Best pad on the market for the buck. I've had it for over a year. It comes with a boat load of options cost free and switchable (on or off) or some deletable, if you wish, but NONE obtrusive or adv. bound. Long lasting battery up to 5hrs if viewing video, 10 to 12 if just surfing, and reading. Charge it, put in sleep mode and pick it up days later and it hasn't noticeable droped one watt. Every app imaginable functions briskly, and the screen sensitivity and clarity are highly developed. Field of view is about 45deg before denegration. (But who cares since no one ever looks at their tablet sideways). Features: all you'll ever want or need. Sound: very good, strong and clear, good tone. Microphone: Sensitive. Voice to text: Accurate. Cameras; Front: Excellent clarity. Rear: Adequate. Video cam: very good HD.... Gota go, stand by...more to come. In the mean time, any questions ask away.
