Excellent toy
I have had mine for over 2 years and still going well today!I would recommend this for any child who likes flying things. This is my son,s(age 8) opinion. He adds that it has lasted longer than any of his remote control cars.

Great fun toy!
My son loves this toy! He has keepy up competitions with friends trying to keep it from dropping to the floor. It responds well to a hand or even the top of his head beneath it hovering about a foot above it. It is easily and quickly charged from the battery charger provided. He has used it a lot and it's still going strong so it seems fairly durable.Overall I thought this was a simple to use and great value product.

They saw me coming
Bought this from tesco on the spur of the moment for my 9 year old son, seemed to work ok on it's first flight but then just flew straight up to the ceiling and staying there then moving while still bumping against the ceiling into the wall which then sent it out of control taking with it all his birthday cards. My son said he wanted to try another one so back to tesco and got another one and what do you know ditto. So it's going back for a refund, I wish these companies made things that worked, I bet they would think twice about selling stuff that doesn't work if they had to pay travel costs to their victims

bit of a waste of money
oh the power of marketing. my son kept seeing the advert for this toy on the tv + it really looked great fun. so despite my better judgement, i ordered it for his 8th birthday. that was now 2 weeks ago + he's used it twice. it is very short lived fun + you need a big space to play with it. it doesn't exactly do much + i would have been better off buying him a remote controlled car or something similar for the same amount of money. it feels super flimsy + don't think it's going to last long anyway. i never normally get sucked into buying things like this + boy have i learnt my lesson. if it had cost a maximum of £15 i wouldn't feel so cheated. not nearly a patch on the stomp rocket which costs less than a tenner + needs no batteries. it has been hours of fun, unlike the vectron wave. my advice. don't bother....

Wish I'd read the instructions!!
Bought for my son's birthday. All excited, got out of box, before I'd had time to read set up instructions my daughter had switched it on and thrown it into the air, hence the vectron wave now hovers on the ceiling as it was never able to work out how much power it would need to gently hover!! Instructions clearly say to let vectron wave go through set up process - oh dear! Don't know if we can reset it. It is a wee bit dangerous too when played inside as it goes out of control when it hits a wall and flies at severe angles threatening to take innocent by standers heads off with it's fan blades. Good fun though!

Very poor product!
This is a very poor quality toy. After buying one for my son, we followed the manufactures instructions (to the letter) and in my opinion this toy can only effectively operate in a very large room which is empty and clear from any obstacles. Having said that, as it flies out of control when it touches ANYTHING, even a large empty room may have limited air-time before it crashes! It is also made from polystyrene and within minutes of trying to get the thing to work properly, bits had broken off! This toy is certainly not fit for purpose and vastly over-priced!

Not the best
I must admit watching the advert on this it looked amazing, but then when it arrived and looked so cheap and tacky, basically made from polystyrene and a small fan motor. It takes 6 AA batteries in the hand control unit, so that ain't cheap either. But as far as fun goes, its very short lived, you switch it on and it took off, dropped to just above the floor and did that for a few minutes, it does kinda hover over your hands, before for no apparent reason just shoots upto the ceiling and stays there until it runs out of charge. And thats about it.
