Net-tex Ground Sanitising Powder 500g

Seemed ok. The smell was really weird & strong. Like the drops I use in my test kit for pool water. Then we had a heavy rain storm and my 2 favorite chickens were dead the next day.Not sure if it was related to this product or not, but it seems suspect considering I hadn’t ever used it before. Never used it again, no dead birds since. When i read the package initially I see “low toxicity” but low isn’t NO toxicity.Perhaps I did something wrong with it despite the fact that I followed the instructions? Maybe if you’re keeping your chickens inside their coop without access to outside where rain will occur it would be fine just in the coop, but use at your own risk.My only guess in this care was the runoff created a situation that was less than ideal.Do your research on the Ingredients beforehand. I didn’t and paid the consequences.

I've purchased it twice and I'm keeping a spare on the ready. I've since moved these girls to cement slab with fresh wood chips but I used this Sanitizing all around the yard because I let them out daily to "roam" and it's just good practice to keep the ground in good condition for them.

Received your product a few weeks ago. I sprinkled it in the girls coop, nesting boxes and in their run. I loved the fresh smell it left (and I think the chickens appreciated it too)! It seems to be working well. Thanks!

We had a random fecal check and found that we a big health issue with our 50+ hens having roundworms. . I could not purchase from the U.K the dewormer I wanted and got stuck using wazine. Which has a 17 day with hold on eggs. And states it is not for use in layers. Which is what we have. So finally found Rooster Booster Triple Dewormer which worked fabulous to get rid of the round worm infestation in the birds. But found round worms can live up to 15 years in the soil. Knew I had to break that cycle so luckily found net tex Ground Santising Powder and use it all the time now. We have a very healthy good flock now and a handle on worms. since it comes from the U.K. I alternate using the D.E. with the Ground Santising Powder. Love this stuff. And love the Rooster Booster Triple Wormer. No withholding, no issues. Do Not use Wazine. To harsh.
