Hardware ok, app terrible and unusable.

The ProControl+ App used to control the system via your phone is literally the worst piece of software ever. Highly unintuitive, cheap, unreliable and useless to find out what is going on remotely. Please invest money in your software!!! The actual hardware itself seems to be ok, able to set with ease via the keyring dongle but completely let down by the app.

Very good alarm

Great kit except we didn't realise you need to buy the bell which added extra cost. We paid for someone to install it as it was too complicated for us to do. However, all in all it still worked out very good value for the quality of the alarm. Bonus is that it doesn't get triggered by the LED lamppost light unlike my neighbours. Very happy .
