I had already bought 2 chinos from neostreak but wasn't quite satisfied with the fitting , actually the chinos were not at fault because it was mentioned that they were slim fit but I felt they were a little too tight on the thighs... But this particular neostreak chino ( Cream colour ) was the same size as the other 2 but yet this chino ( Cream colour ) is more comfortable than the other 2... It is quite the right fit for me... I have to mention that I have a athletic body with good toned thighs... Maybe this can help you understand the best size for yourself...
