As of Jan 2021 I can confirm mine came with a UK power adapter.

This product is covered by a 2 year international warranty. Since it is made in America, you have to send it to America in case of malfunction.

Does this suck air in or blow air out?

It can do either, you just need to swap the fan mounting to get one to Push/Pull

If you mean the controller then yes it is the one you receive as of 2021. I think there is a new controller in development that will support multiple temperature sensors but it’s not been released yet.
