I am not a coffee drinker, so black tea has been my "go-to" caffeine pick-me-up! I have been looking for black tea K-cups that don't break my bank account. This chamomile is my favorite of all the different types of chamomile that I've tried. I have tried everything from tea bags to other brands of K-Cups and every time I come back to this one. I've tried tea bags and they just don't seem to have the same flavor or get the same strength that I get in one cup of this brand. I definitely recommend if you are not a fan of chamomile to add some honey to it. I like my chamomile strong but by itself chamomile always to me taste like sweaty feet or what I imagine sweaty feet would taste like but once you add some nice local honey it is incredibly enjoyable. There are so many health benefits to having a cup of chamomile before bed. It helps your body relax and helps you get to sleep. It also helps with digestion and GI issues. It is just a relaxing comforting beverage.
