Solid gaming laptop
I waited 2 months to post a review to make sure there were no issues. So far the laptop has performed wonderfully. It can run any current game at max settings. The laptop is very well built. It did come with a lot of stickers on it, which peeled off fairly easily. If there are stickers on the fan area of your laptop, wait till it heats up and they will peel of much easier. The screen looks great and has thin bezels due to Asus removing the webcam and packing it separately. I didn't mind this feature as I don't have use for a webcam. To note, there is still a mic built into the monitor. I thought the keyboard placement would be weird but I actually don't mind it at all. It took about a day to get used to it and now I actually prefer it. I use a wireless mouse with the laptop, so I have no use for the track pad. I undervolted the CPU via throttlestop and also undervolted the GPU via a voltage curve on afterburner. My stable temps after an hour of so of gaming with the fans on balanced mode are about 80c on the cpu and 70c on the gpu which isn't bad for a laptop, especially considering how thin this one is. If you are curious on how to do this, just google "8750h throttlestop" and go from there. The fans do crank up to an audible "whoosh" after awhile but it doesn't bother me. Gaming laptops have come quite a ways. I definitely recommend the Zephyrus S in any configuration, solid laptop.

The Most Powerful (And Slimmest) Laptop Around
The day I received this beast of a machine was probably the best of my life. This was the first steps into great graphics, speedy response times, and ultimate gaming heaven for me when dealing with laptops. Personally, I've built my own custom rigs and had full blown setups with 3 monitors having high refresh rates, latest and greatest in graphics, and all the bang for your buck. HOWEVER! I joined the military and had to get rid of it all but I was in the market for something powerful but portable. After many hours of careful consideration from credible sources and great videos (Shoutout to LTT for the best review), I came across this beauty! Now, I've had a day to get used to the machine and set it up just the way I like it and without a shadow of doubt, this thing is as close to a full blown tower setup as you'll get. The smooth monitor, best in graphics for laptops, easy gliding keyboard, and software that help enhance the over all experience when using this beauty. Anybody who is looking into buying this and is unsure, trust me when I say that it's well worth the money and will not let you down. Thank you for this great laptop!

2 mo. warranty
Laptop was great when I first got it but within the mo. I started having problems with the fans. I found out that I recieved it with ONLY 2 mo.s left on the warranty. It was suppose to be a new machine and most laptops come with a year warranty. I sent it in for repairs. It worked great! , well for 4mo.s. Now, passed the 2 mo. warranty, the fans run constantly and are extremely loud. The machine is not heating up. It appears to be a problem with the thermal sensor. I imagine it will be quite costly to have it repaired. Very disappointed with all the trouble for a laptop that's 5 mo.s old.

A few months in, and going strong!
(N.B.: I upgraded the RAM to 24GB.) I'd been waiting a long time to have a true gaming and development rig, and this one certainly fits the bill in both categories. The only noticeable slowdown I've had was with heavily-modded Minecraft, but even that was just the occasional hiccup. The ability to turn the touchpad into a numpad is a nice touch, but it can be a little awkward to use without the feedback of hitting actual keys. I've done some basic testing with Tensorflow, and it seems to work extremely well when you bind it to the GPU. The only complaint I have is that there's only one slot for additional RAM; it comes with 8GB pressed into the motherboard and an additional 8GB unit installed. This means you're a bit limited when it comes to boosting your RAM capacity, but its a minor speedbump in an otherwise perfectly smooth (thus far) ride.

Dead Battery / USB-C port right outside the warranty life. (New edit at the bottom)
I like this laptop. It's nice and how thin it is, is perfect for taking it on the go. I've been able to play every game that's come out just fine as well as VR (after buying a DVI adapter). This will definitely meet all gaming needs. It can run a little on the loud side when running on turbo to play games at the highest settings. The issue I have is after about 15 months the battery and DVI (that allows VR usage) stopped working. The laptop no longer charges and much be on A/C power 24/7 to power on. The best part is it stopped working just after the warranty ran out. So if you're looking to buy (even if you feel pretty tech savvy and delicate with your items), buy an extra extended warranty. Edit: Turns out the battery didn't die. Something to do with Windows ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery caused the issue of both the battery and USB not working. Even still... Buy a long warranty if you're getting something this expensive.

Good gaming computer
I have had the computer for a month now. So far, it seems very good. I can game everything at high graphics. Only Star citizen is giving me problem. I think the computer can't optimize itself for the game. It's a recommended buy even if it is very expensive. The 1 year warranty makes it a bit safer buy also.

G-SYNC is in the Armoury Crate Service 5/5 Stars
This is a good gaming laptop when you finally figure out most of its features are in Armoury Crate then it functions pretty well. You will need to download the latest Armoury Crate from ASUS Website to get it to function properly its not a hassle you just need to uninstall your old one restart your computer then install the new one then the lighting should work properly. At first it would just stay in the rainbow effect when we just wanted a static red lighting to it which was achieved after the above was done. Also the G-SYNC feature is in ArmouryCrate as well you have to enable it in there, restart the computer then you should see G-SYNC available in the Nvidia Control Panel under G-SYNC like most other Nvidia Drivers for computers. Also its a really good Gaming Laptop for the price. Hope this helps people decide if they want one.

Didn't last long.
So I bought this and all started out well. But after about a week it just up and died on me. I was able to return it with no issues. Over all this would probably be a good gaming laptop but not for me.
