Good reliable unit
Awesome controller! Exceeded my expectations!I have the 30A model in my cabin for the last couple years, and it has worked flawlessly! I was impressed with how little heat the backsinks would get to during my summer months with full sun and long days, with panels meeting the controllers limits.. and it never got excessively hot!I havent added on any accessories (bluetooth/wireless/app), yet. From others reviews, i seen that those were problematic. But for a basic unit that will help grab that power and put it to the bank reliably, its what i will buy more of to add to!

Incompatible with MT-50 Remote Meter
Installation was very easy. There are a few little nits about its operation, but it worked on the first attempt and seems to be charging my batteries quite nicely. Two problems, though: First, the remote meter, which is mentioned in the Amazon listing, doesn't work at all. The screen says "Welcome" then "connecting . . ." and then nothing more. Come to find out the meter only works with previous versions of the solar controller. Second issue: the solar controller is said to be compatible with LIFEPO4 batteries (which I have) but the settings only include SEL (which I think means Sealed Lead Acid) batteries, GEL, and "User." After e-mailing the manufacturer, I find that I have use "User" and specify all the settings that are correct for my form of lithium battery. Next I installed software on my laptop that enables me to communicate with the solar controller, including setting up proper parameters for my LiFEPO4 batteries. This took half a dozen e-mails and in the end, having the company (in China) taking control of my computer and actually getting it set up to function. All told, it was a lot more trouble than it should have been, but I can verify that I think it is working properly now.

My 2nd One _ Super!
I have been using one of these for 4 years and added another for a 2nd solar array. Seems unkillable and does a really nice job managing my solar bank. I have one in use with LA batteries and this newest one with LIFO batteries. Settings can take a bit of getting used to but there are plenty of gudes on YouTube.

No job too small
I wanted a charger for my lifepo battery with my 100w solar panel. Choices were limited for a small array and MPPT tech. This does the job. Display is dim, even when backlit, but unless it’s in full sun it’s readable. Interfaces with my laptop via usb dongle to change parameters and track (while using). install was easy with well-placed mounting holes and stand-off bracket

Excellent Charge Controller
I did a lot of research when putting together a small off grid solar system. I determined that I wanted an MPPT controller over the simpler PMN type. The controller was very easy to wire up. The display can be a bit hard to read due to contrast at some angles, but it provides a good amount of information on charge status, battery usage, etc. This sits outside to power a garage that has no line AC. I have a 100ah battery tied to this as well. The controller has a temperature sensor that is helpful to control charge output based on the battery temp (my battery and change controller are in the same location, it helps control). It's been a great controller. So far, I've had it in use for about 9 months. So far, it's worked flawlessly.

.Got arcontrollil another
The longevity of the product was only one year. It failed last spring but I just got around to changing it. The LCD readout failed first then the unit stopped controlling the current. As you can see the readout is murky and all the connections are corroded. I would not buy another at half the price.

Good unit
Works great. It would be nice to be able to stop the screen rotation on one setting, as well as the constant rotation.
