Poor quality.
Didn’t last long at all. Was in situ for two months and they went as well. Second purchase of these springs from the same company. Didn’t make the mistake third time around.

Snapped within 6 months, so clearly not up to the job.
Bought these to replace one string which had snapped (although did replace both at the time), so didn’t need the metal springs which are a bit of a waste. 6 months on and one of the strings has broken again causing the door to drop suddenly giving me a large bruise on my shin. Won’t be ordering these again as they are clearly not made with a strong enough cord to do the job. Will now have to look for a stronger alternative to resolve the situation and just hope that we all remember to keep hold of the door when opening.
