Great gut improvement!
FOS by Nature's Velvet is mildly sweet, and 2 spoons makes my coffee sweet enough. I am using only 2 spoons a day.The good news:FOS is working well as a prebiotic. Its claims of helping repair gut microbes, and increasing good bacteria appear true. It has reduced my acidity, bloating, and mild stomach pain that was bothering me for months :-)

Product suited me
I was careful initially as it was mentioned that this product could change the profile of gut bacteria and I didnt want to make any sudden changes. I started with 1/4 spoon doses and gradually increased to 2 spoons a day. The product suited me and I have ordered more.

Not very sweet
Not very sweet. Need at least 3-4 times the amount as you would sugar.

Good product
Good product, good taste. However, it is highly hygroscopic, 5g sachets might be more helpful than single lot of 300g box. Supposedly It is from TATA chemicals, Made in India?
