effective and convenient
I have occasional severe backaches and my wife has had spondylosis for decades. Other systems were ineffective and we had to resort to Ayurveda. After trial and error by the Vaidyas we finally ended up with oil treatment once in 2 years and Cervilon during the rest of the year. Perhaps this the best medicine for relief at home. Oil treatment is expensive and requires staying in the hospital. The application of mahamash tail is quite effective but pretty messy. Thus Cervilon becomes a convenient and easy option. It is however useful to consult a Vaidya.
