Excellent first impressions
I took a chance ordering the Blue Morris Floral pattern, hoping that it would actually be a more appealing colour in person that it was from looking at the photograph. Thankfully it was indeed and I'm sure the recipient will be very pleased.First impressions are excellent, the handle seems sturdy and well made and the accompanying brown leather strap compliments it well. (Note: probably not real leather!) Also, it did come with a clear plastic wallet with popper to store the stick when folded, whilst it may suffice you may wish to purchase a nicer, more durable one further down the line. The ends of each of the pole sections are well finished with black plastic rings, ensuring it pops together smoothly with no grating of metal, as well as no sharp metal edges when folded. The main body of the sick appears to be strong and well manufactured whilst keeping the weight relatively light. The height is adjustable via a series of holes in the top section of the stick and a metal popper that you push in and release into the hole to achieve your desired height. This could be fiddly for users with frail hands, although once the height is set there should be no need to readjust in the future.Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the stick and I'm sure the recipient will be too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more if needed.

Does the job nicely.
The walking stick is great for me. It's an attractive item and sturdy enough. Easy to adjust height. My only niggle is the wrist strap which is too long for it to remain around my wrist and is not adjustable. It's really easy to end up dropping the stick on the floor. I'm sure I could cobble something together to sort it but an easy quick fix during manufacture would probably look better and be preferable.

Handy, pretty, walking help
Sometimes when the arthritis buckles down and walking becomes painful, a young at heart lady needs some pretty help to escort her on her way. Stylish, sturdy, easy to fold up and put away. Highly recommended.

Don’t think it would last long
Luckily I only need this temporarily after an injury as I’m not sure how long it will last. It looks really nice but it’s not just about looks when you buy something like this. The height adjustment is loose and has come off twice and that part of the stick has a very slight wobble. It has gone back on but it wasn’t easy and without my husbands patience it would have gone in the bin. The handle also chips easily. Ok short term but wouldn’t recommend for permanent use.

Like a helping hand.
I ordered this walking stick, because, at the moment, I'm very limited in my mobility. It's lightweight, but very sturdy. Folds and adjusts easily, and I feel much safer now when I'm moving about. It's got its own carry case, too. Very pleased.

Great piece of kit
I have an arthritic knee and hip and was going to be travelling in India alone. I thought it best to take something to lean just in case. I am so glad I had this with me as I needed to climb for a while. It is a great little stick - it's lightweight - you just shake it out and off you go. It seems strong too - I'm 12 stone and 5ft 3
