This is in fact the real deal! Trust me I know chocolate. I have been baking for 30 years and this is a truly impressive deal for this brand of chocolate it’s unbeatable. The taste of Valrhrona chocolate is unmatchable when it making chocolate candies or confections. Valrhona is the best! I wish I had saved some of the little ovals and taken a few pictures to post with this review but we used it and ate it way before I could!
