Beautiful faucet with a high quality feel
This is a very nice faucet. The finish is beautiful and high quality. It looks superb and is easy to keep polished and shiny using just a soft cloth and mild dish soap. The looks are great but it also feels like extremely high quality materials, engineering, and manufacturing. I have this impression because every movement of the faucet parts is smooth as silk. Turning on and off the water with one finger is so easy. The swiveling spout is completely smooth in its operation, too. I'm happy to find such a lovely faucet for my 100 year old sink.Other reviewers have commented on the looks of the stems that go into the wall. I found them to be strange at first, too. With a more industrial look than the rest of the faucet which is high-end and sophisticated. So that mounting option was an odd choice on the part of the designers. However, now it looks completely fine to me. Probably because I love the faucet so much. Also, my plumber said the finish on the parts of the stem is super durable and he has seen finishes like that last for a very long time in challenging conditions such as outdoors. I felt good about that because what I see now is what I will see years down the road with this faucet. It's been in use for about 2 months in our home. I have a feeling this faucet will last for a very long time.I like it! Highly recommend. And the price is amazing.

Moen M-DURA Commercial Chrome Two-Handle Wall Mount Utility Faucet, 8126
Moen M-DURA Commercial Chrome Two-Handle Wall Mount Utility Faucet, 8126Faucet arrived quickly and in great shape, all items were new and unopened. Very solid, nicely made, incredible chrome finish. The knobs operate smoothly. This was to replace another wall mount faucet I purchased with more bells and whistles including a pull down sprayer. The old one was a no name brand and after 6 months started dripping, then leaking badly. Also whenever I turned on my faucet the pipes started shaking it seems somehow it caused a "water hammer" due to the leaking and perhaps adding air in the lines. Once i installed this new Moen problem solved, thank goodness. Installation was easy since I was just replacing the old wall mount faucet. I shut off the main water opened all faucets in the house, installed the new Moen, turned back on the main water while leaving all the faucets and showers ON. I let the water flow for about 5 minutes allowing all air to escape then closed off all the faucets and showers, shutting of the Moen last since that seemed to be where the problem always occurred. No more water hammer! Lesson learned be careful buying no name brands, they can cause some serious unforeseen issues. Great purchase, Thank you Moen for this quality product!

No more replacing rubber faucet washers
I bought this faucet to replace the old wall mounted faucet in our house built in 1911. I'm sure the old faucet wasn't original, but it certainly was old school requiring replacing the stop washers two to three times a year; a problem exacerbated by the rust flakes from the old piping embedding themselves into the rubber.I researched the available faucets extensively and chose this one even though it is expensive because it is rated for heavy-duty use in places like restaurants and it has ceramic valving.I wasn't a fan of the rated GPM listed, but I figured correctly that the restriction was only in the aerator, a device that I abhor and modify to non restricted laminar flow in all of my faucets. The faucet is well made with a heavy cast brass body that will certainly outlive me. The cartridges are replaceable and since they are used in many Moen faucets should be available in the future. I definitely like two faucet handles over the single lever faucets and all of the problems associated with all single lever faucets I have ever experienced. The installation was super easy and after a slight modification to the aerator this faucet flows much better than the old one. Filling a pot with water is fast and the handles move effortlessly. The rust in the water has not caused any drips. The regulation of flow from the handle movement is intuitive and mixing hot / cold for the correct temperature is a breeze. It is worth every penny to me.

Nice looking
This faucet was perfect for an older kitchen that has a faucet coming out of the wall and not from the counter top.

High Quality True Commercial Faucet
I wish I had more words to express how I think and feel about this wall mount faucet. Most, if not all older model homes built in the late 50's and earlier will most likely use this type of faucet if their kitchens have not been remodeled for the newer deck mount style faucets.Having said all that gibberish. THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT.It installs very easy, it's very high quality solid brass (chrome plated) and the handles operate very smoothly"Like Butter" I've had and bought several replacement faucets for our kitchen over the many years we've lived in our home (26 years +) and this Moen 8126 Commercial is by far the best quality or operating faucet I've ever installed, with the exception of two Chicago Commercial grade wall mount faucets. Chicago's are great faucets, but the replacement stems for those units are almost impossible to find in the big box stores these days. Whereas Moen replacement stems can be found almost anywhere.........especially here on Amazon. One more time.........Buy This One

Overpriced, doesn't last long. But does the job. cartridge part numbers
52000 is the hot replacement cartridge; 52001 is the cold cartridge$10-17 each.Purchased initially 8/2020 for $115, today(12/2024) its $195 for a fairly basic faucet. Started driping/leaking in 11/2024. Expected it to last a bit longer than that, and for $200 today, 4 years isn't enough. Cartridges are covered under 5 year warranty which is nice. I really like the faucet and its ergonomics and at $115 I'd buy it again; at $200, no chance I'd buy it.
