Setting not accurate. Set at 30 and was much thicker than setting. Ended up just making my own using a CnC

Does job as advertised
This unit does the job as advertised. It is sturdy and well constructed with the ability to zero the draw knife. The 3500 micron range is due to the blade springs. It could be used up to the micrometer working range of 14000 with minor modification. The measuring increment on the micrometers is 500 microns/rev or 10 microns/increment.The unit was provided with a much larger case than necessary and it does not have custom cut foam.
