Excellent monochrome printer handles very heavy stock
Excellent monochrome printer that handles very heavy stock using either top output or the straight-through path. Oki customer service is without peer. Technical support seems to be there on a 24/7 basis with a real and very knowledgeable person being easy to reach. First printer I received had apparently been damaged in shipping and Oki promptly sent me another at no charge whatsoever. I am using it on a Mac-based network but have no experience using it with PCs.

Great printer with fast printing speeds. Not the best idea if you need to print envelopes.
This printer is great. Once we added in a few extra paper trays it has made our office flow with the printer so easy. It is super fast and efficient. I have two small complaints: 1) it crinkles envelopes when it feeds them. Maybe this is just with the type of envelopes we use (100% post consumer waste). Not sure ... but the result is that we had to get a different printer to print envelopes, which was a bit disappointing. 2) The multi-purpose tray seems a bit flimsy. It is a bit easy to break the tray putting it up and down. A bit of care makes this easy, but it is unfortunate to have to warn co-workers to be careful adjusting the multi-purpose tray. Other than those issues, we've loved using this printer.
