Thes dollies were meant to facilitate moving a car around with little difficulty. I find them very difficult to use. They don't spread wide enough to easily fit around the tires (245-17). I have to mechanically spread them to get them to fit. A much cheaper, mechanical set spread and raise much easier. I bought the hydraulic units because I thought they would be easier to deal with, I was wrong and spent nearly double what another set of the mechanical units would have cost. Eastwood has let me down, for the firat time in many years.

Had problems moving my 69 charger with cheap dollies. The Eastwood dollies not only lifted the front of this heavy old beast but made it easy enough for me to push her to the other side of my garage by myself. I did have to give an extra shove to get the casters to rotate in the direction I was moving it but I am working with a 3600lb car and after that I could do it 1 handed.

Two emails to their customer support and no response to one of my units not working that also the same one that was received missing parts. They replaced parts and after second use it fails to work

1st set was leaking fluids , 2nd set is prefect so far.

Bought two, one never worked. Wrote to Eastwood about problem and in 6 days no reply about their help.They have not responded in now two weeks. Eastwood used to be trusted.

I bought these at the Eastwood store a couple of years ago and they are great at first but they lose fluid rapidly and fail. It wouldn’t be bad if the fill for the cylinder was easy to access but it’s not you have to take the whole thing apart to fill them and they just leak out again and can’t be used. Don’t waste your money go buy some from Harbor Freight for less money.

Bought through EASTWOOD(i.e., "Harbor Freight II, meaning more junk). @ of them leaked; all 4 had different fill plugs; one of them hardly would move up; and worst item, they were very difficult to move a 2100lbs. car around on smooth concrete floor.Spent twice as much for ratcheting ones, and they work great. Don't waste your mony on this garbage
