Granville 0073A Silicone Grease Tube,70G, Navy Grey

I brought this because I ran out of my normal brand of dielectric grease and needed to change a set of HT leads.I always put a dab of Dielectric on the ends of the HT leads to prevent liquid ingress and electron outgress 😉. I normally use it from a tub which can get messy especially if you drop the tool you are using to spread it with, but the handiness of the tube, and just a little squeeze was perfect.Next time I will buy a bigger tube of it, It works well and you really dont need more than a tiny dab.Recommended every time

Found this grease very useful.Used to use various molydenum grease, copper grease, spray on lithium grease, teflon spray, silicon spray. But the sprays were runny for some applications, and for the opaque coloured greases, they were not desirable. So the silicone grease has the advantages over the others because it is colourless and doesn't run. The only disadvantage over the sprays is that it won't be as easy to get the greast to apply to tight spaces.

Big tube for the price.

Good quality product. So convenient in the tube, the tubs/jars are too large to keep in a work tool bag and it's so clean and easy to apply a tiny smear directly from the tube. Great for latches and locks in homes and cars. Un-sticks rubber car door seals and doesn't degrade the rubber.

used this on caliper slider pins as its cheap and has better temp rating that other silicone grease. easy to use tube

Grease is fine, but cap on tube broke immediately.

Great value for the quantity of grease. Works like any other silicon grease. But unfortunately the cap broke in use so substituted a toothpaste cap instead!
