Purchased these for wear post c section. For reference, I am 5’ 3” 150lbs 2 weeks post c section and I ordered a medium. These were more compressive than I expected but overall the mediums fit well in my legs. Just tighter along my belly than I hoped. Hopefully as my swelling goes down along my incision, these will be more comfortable to wear. Recommend washing them before wearing them, as my sensitive skin had a reaction.
