Better (and slightly larger) than expected.
Both the quality of the plastic and the detailed paint job were MUCH better than I expected (especially for the size). After I ordered it, it dawned on me it might soften a bit while in transit through the blistering local Vegas heat, but when I opened its well-packed box it was unharmed. In fact it was shipped so rapidly, I received it before the tracking was able to kick in.The tiny hieroglyphs around the base are painted gold nearly flawlessly. I was very impressed with those especially. The accuracy made me think it might have been applied with a gold rub, but I'm not sure.The only issue is that the white area on his skirt (the "Shendyt" for all you trivia buffs) you see in the photo is unpainted and still black. But it's not a big deal, I only noticed when comparing the two. It looks fine the way it is, and if you're really bothered by it, you can tweak it if you're handy with a brush.He measures 3" from the base to the top of his head, and his ears add another quarter inch.All in all I'm extremely pleased, and he looks great sitting by my computer monitor.

Lovely statue!
Best statue of Set I've yet seen, although it is quite small. (Exactly as described in the ad) I wish there were a larger version of the same one! The detailing is very nice, and I love his facial expression, it is perfect.

Great small Egyptian figures
My son used these with his Playmobile pyramid to guard the tomb of his Super 7 mini Mummy. Extremely detailed and really great looking. Probably about 3” tall. Kind of fragile but not too bad.
