Attractive but not usable
Bought this to avoid loops around ear etc. This one kept falling all the time - totally useless. It surely looks great.Returned it to Amazon.

The design was exactly what I wanted, however the quality was unprofessional.
This product was ordered twice by me with identical results: The product is simply defective, It would not hold a charge: I was in need of four and yes all four had the same problem: So I give it a four letter word: JUNK

Best I've Used
I dont have alot of experience with these types of product, but I have tried 3. Two Motorola's and now this Ericsson. Great quality on my end, and I have had no problems reported from the people talking to me. Also, I have a small ear opening and it fits perfectly. Usually they are too big and fall out. Its lightweight and has a good fit. Others have said that if you move your head at all it will fall out, I have not had this experience myself. I can say this, the freebee Apple earbuds that come with itouch and ipods, are too big for my ear. That may help in your decision.

Decent headset
I bought this headset to replace the Samsung WEP200 I was using for my PS3. I just couldn't figure out a way to get the Samsung to fit in my ear comfortably, and the HBH-IV835 does just that.Pros - Comfortable, small, light, haven't had a problem with it picking up background noises, you can't control the volume (it's supposed to be automatic) but I've never needed it to be louderCons - Ear bud has too much give and has fell out a few times, the headset itself slides in the ear bud so it spends 97% of the time resting against your cheek (more annoying than anything), short battery life (maybe 3 hours?), about double in price from when I got it a few months agoIt's not a bad piece, but I'll stick to wired headsets.

Volume not loud enough.
This is only my second purchase of a bluetooth headset. The best feature on this headset is that it doesn't have a loop that hooks over you ear. It just pushes into the ear canal and it stays there fairly well. If you do a lot of jumping around, like going up a few flights of stairs very quickly, it can fall out of your ear. It is tethered to a cord around your neck so it won't fall on the floor. I like the fact that it is very small. No problems with the bluetooth connecting to the phone. No static.Cons: No volume control and the volume is not loud enough.

Excellent product
I was really impressed with this headset and even more so the sellers.Upon ordering this item I accidentally entered the wrong address, even though amazon said that i would not get the product, they called and got the right address. It works really well with my w810i, and my PS3. It really is an excellent product with crystal clear sound.

Doesn't stay in the ear
This headset does not stay in my ear for more than few minutes. If I turn my head, it falls off just about everytime. The one from Plantronics in the similar form factor does stay in my ear at all time.

Great Sound Quality
I bought this in April two years ago, So I've been using it for nearly 2 years. I was amazed at how good it sounded and how comfortable it was to wear. However the leash is a must, I don't believe it is meant to stay in the ear for extended periods of time when not talking. The one downside is that battery life has decreased from about 2 hours of talk time when I first got it, to sometimes as low as 50 minutes of continuous talk time presently. My Sony cell phone only needs to be charged about every three days. This needs to be charged nightly if I want to count on it the next day. Probably the best bluetooth to use with a Sony phone.
