Barry Callebaut 70102 Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks from OliveNation - 1 pound

I put this in a ganache chocolate recipe. When I ran out and used Target's semi sweet chocolate chips. I had read an article and review on rating five of the well known chocolate brands and Target came in number one. I was surprised, but the reason they gave was the chocolate liquor content. Well, the ganache made from the Target chocolate didn't come close to the flavor of the Callebaut Chocolate. No contest. The Callebaut is pricey but the flavor is head and shoulders above the flavor of the other I tried.

Great flavor. I use it in homemade gelato and gronloa. It's great on its own.

Chocolate came well packed to ensure safe, unmelted arrival. This is some of the most delicious chocolate I've had. It works well in chocolate chunk cookies and makes soft velvety ganache. I have already ordered more.

These little pieces of dark pleasure are almost too good to bake with. The yummy squares pair well with mixed nuts.
