We have 'Game One' & 'GSP500' headphones at home (two sons, different aesthetic tastes!) which the Amazon listing states this cable will work with both. This is factually correct to a point, BUT be warned that the 2.5mm-end of this cable (which connects to the headphones) is a very slightly larger diameter than the original Sennheiser cable.The cable fits & works fine with the 'Game One' cans, but the socket in the 'GSP500's is a slightly-smaller diameter than that in the 'Game One's, & as a result, it's VERY difficult to seat this cable fully into the GSP's socket. At first my son thought the cable was faulty: he thought he'd fitted the cable all the way in to the socket because it felt so tight, but poor seating caused incorrect (or no) connections between the cable & the socket's contacts. As a result, he couldn't hear any audio from his laptop. On his game-console's controller, he could hear audio but the mic wasn't working...Anyway, after troubleshooting & swapping cables back & forth, we established that the new cable's wiring was correct but simply struggling to make a good connection in the GSP500s because of the tight fit. Slightly dampening the cable's rubber collar (NOT the metal contacts!) & rotating the connector whilst inserting into the socket resulted in the cable seating all the way in, & everything (mic & drivers) worked properly.
