I love this batter and I cook a lot! It’s better than making it from scratch! It’s not technique sensitive and is consistently good. I have fried shrimp and a bunch of different veggies, all great!

This was so easy! Just added water and dropped in my Fry Daddy. It tastes as good as at a restaurant. It was a huge hit with my family. I fried shrimp, onion rings, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms. This fries very fast so you can make a lot pretty quickly. Warms up great and crispy again in your air fryer. I used a bag of precooked shrimp and removed the tails. I ordered 2 more packages after this meal to keep on hand.

I made tempura shrimp with this and they were delicious. I like how the batter was light and airy. It's a small package for the price though
