Toilet Tank?
Why yes they work for that too! We live in the middle of a mosquito breeding ground; coupled with 3 pups that run in and out all day mosquitos are a big problem inside. They inevitably find the water in our commode. I thought I'd give this a try. I snapped 1 disk in half, used some ribbon (Don't judge, its all I had) and tied that around the 1/2 disk then dropped in the tank and left quite a few inches hanging down the back of the tank so the disk did not get caught up when the float moved up and down. In less than 24 hours, no more mosquitos and since then (3-ish weeks later) we have have seen zero return. Its been perfect.Update 53 days later: these are PERFECT for the toilet tank if you have issues with mosquitoes getting water from the toilet bowl. 1/2 of one lasted about 53 days. I knew it was time when there were small black, almost like dirt floating in the bowl. There was some residue around the inside of the tank, I rinsed that out and flushed a couple of times and then restrung another 1/2 if a disk and bit it back. We love these and couldn’t be happier!!

No Quality Checks?!?
How in the world did I receive a completely sealed package with only one dunk in the two holes? While I've used this product before and found it effective, this seller apparently isn't doing quality checks at all.

Significant reduction in mosquitos in my home this year
My family, loves to grow aquatic plants and leave pots of water outside to propagate plants. Unfortunately, these small water sources become the breeding ground for mosquitos. Over the last few years, I was bit relentlessly especially outside. At any given point over the summer, I always had at least one itchy bite mark somewhere on me. I started using the mosquitos dunks this year and WOW the change was significant! I break the dunks into fourths or halves (any smaller and it becomes crumbly) and throw a new one into the water source every couple weeks. They've been safe around my chickens, my bees (who drink water from my bird bath), and other animals that visit my yard.

Good bye mosquitos. Sorry not sorry.
I have been eaten alive on our front porch even with copious amounts of OFF! On me all summer. Realized that my bird bath fountain was a breeding ground for mosquitos. Was going to swap the solar powered fountain for a battery operated on to keep continuous water flow. But ended up finding these instead. I ordered them on Amazon yesterday morning, received them yesterday afternoon. Was planning to wait until today to put them in there but I got eaten alive again last night. Opened them up and put a quarter of it in there. This morning, the larve are already dead! I am SO truly impressed. I didn’t know these even existed. I didn’t initially even look for something because I did not want to harm the birds and outdoor cats that drink from the fountain (although they have fresh water in a bowl of their own, but you know cats 🙄😂). These are amazing!!

Indoor Plants: Super Helpful For Control of Fungus Gnats
First, this shipped right away, so I appreciate this vendor. And whew! This is the first time, ever, that I've battled Fungus Gnats with indoor plants. I tried food traps and tape traps, exchanged soil for coconut cur, even administered a few topical soil applications of essential oil/water. I was having thoughts like, "I'm done with houseplants."Then I found a recommendation to put mosquito dunk chunks into the watering routine. I've had a couple of "bursts" of hatching since adding the dunk chunks to regular watering. They were very short lived; I immediately saturate the plants with water in which the dunk chunks have, for the most part, been dissolved and that eliminated more than 80% within hours.Since starting this about a month ago I'm very pleased to note maybe 0-5 gnats in my domicile daily and believe the issue will be resolved - or at least no longer noticeable - before summer gets here. If you're plagued by fungus gnats, adding Mosquito Dunk chunks to your watering routine could be a key to improving the situation well, quickly, and at a reasonable price.
