It did not work for me. I find the sound high, clean, but with a metallic tone.

I bought a #5...this thing squeaks so much and the tone is hollow. The baffle is really weird...almost like a step baffle but not. It's "no" from me, dog.

Excellent quality as far as design and materials, but I will need to fine tune this in order to use it. It tends to give out a bit of a squeak, but not those loud sheer squeaks that are terrible, its just kind of a squeaky overtone coming through.

My grandson needed a new mouth piece for his sax and he choose this one. He liked the looks of it and it works great.
