This Ginger is great for an iced ginger lemonade to help nausea and migraines. It's much easier than using fresh ginger. As a full time caretaker, I don't have time to run to the store!... This Ginger is strong, so you only need about a quarter teaspoon for a 20 oz iced Ginger lemon slush. Of course, everyone has a different taste, so you may prefer more or less Ginger.

So convenient to use. Totally smells and tastes like fresh ginger when cooked.
