Very easy to assemble. Took only a few minutes. Solid construction. Appears to be a matte powder coated aluminum or something along those lines. Quality screws and screw holes. Tabletop looks attractive and not cheap, even though it's not real wood. Perfect height for my couch using the feet instead of the wheels. You can get your legs under it no problem and put several items on the table. Not wobbly at all, like some other budget couch tables. If you attach the wheels you'll probably get another 2 in of height. Can definitely recommend this. Solid product.

Bought the darker gray/wood color with black legs. The casters are silver though which don’t match/fit in at all. I wish they were black as it would make the table look nicer/more expensive. That said, it still is a great table and was easy to put together (took about 30-40 mins including opening the box). It is sturdy, doesn’t wobble, rolls easily and is a nice size. It can fit my laptop and a cup of tea or a book and the tv remote and a cup of tea. I bought this after seeing it at a friends house and her recommending it and so now I would say that I recommend it as well!

Important note: The small castor wheels shown in the picture does not come with the product. It comes with bigger revolving type wheels.I had bought this for my laptop to use it in the sofa chair. It was a bit too high with the wheels on. The height was ok without attaching the wheels but then you cannot move it around without wheels. The case maybe different for you depending on your sofa height. It would have been good if it had at least a few inches of height adjustment as each ones furniture height is going to be different. Anyways, I got myself a set of small 25mm castor wheels from Amazon, drilled some new holes in the metal and attached them. Now the height is correct and I can move it over the carpet with ease.The product as such is of good sturdy construction. It would have been good if it was a bit wider for use with laptops. The top material is some type of compressed wood. The top was smooth and I was afraid my laptop would slip and fall off if someone knocked it accidentally. So I got a non slip sheet, again from Amazon and attached it to the top surface.
