Worked in my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup
The Amazon confirmed fit Said: ! This does not fit. The part worked fine, looked the same and fit the same. Had a repair shop quote me $600 to put this in due to it taking them 3.5 hours. It took two screws under the dash passenger side to get a part out of the way. Then two screws for the Actuator and about 15 minutes for the job. Now that I know what to expect could maybe do it in shorter time. This actuator is right in the center under the dash just slightly on the passenger side. Mine was right above the hump in the center and a little hard to get to, but it can be done.

2006 Silverado work truck
I have 2006 Chevy Silverado work truck it did not have a cover over the actuator took me literally under 5 minutes to put it in two bolts one plug turn the truck on and it worked I don't know how long but it worked

Price is OK but the thing don’t work make a weird noise I connect I use one and works fine so that’s a rip off

Fix rear AC blow cold in the summer.
Simple fix to the rear HVAC.

Fixed my issue
My 16 year old son replaced this in 20 minutes. My driver’s side temperature would turn extremely hot randomly when the AC was on even though the temp was turned all the way to cold and the AC was on. I have driven the car over 3,000 miles since this was replaced and the temp has worked perfectly
