I used this to make a knee ascender. It works great, hasn’t stretched, no color fade, hasn’t broken yet. I’m very impressed. I probably stretch it further than its intended use and it keeps working. I’m very happy with this product

The original bands that came with my wife's machine were dry rotted, these worked great. Pay attention to the resistance/colors when ordering. Green was the prefect balance(per her feedback). They will likely appear to be a little smaller(diameter) then what came on your machine, but resistance was the same for me.

I bought these to use as a supplement for resistance training. I like working with bands to build strength but not bulk. Good quality.

Don’t buy anything but name brand Theraband! Anything else and it’s a wild card for quality. This stuff is absolute quality.

This review is for a Thera-Band TB-21040 Latex Exercise Tubing Band by Thera-Band.This is an updated review and I am very happy with this! I struggled with severe back issues for too long. My physical therapist had given me 2 Thera-Bands to take home and utilize in my physical therapy exercises. We did not have this poundage. We initially purchased it to use with our slingshots and were happy in general for that purpose. Once I was able to increase my poundage in my exercise routine, we cut the length we needed and I use this daily. It has yet to stretch out, it looks brand new and I've used this for many months.We definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a good tubing for exercise needs and for sling shots. If you want to continue to do your PT exercises at home and think you're going to be at the same strength level for awhile, I might be worth it to just buy this box of the bands! I believe this is the exact brand my PT was using. Just cut it the length you need, make your own handles and you're ready to go!

This Resistance Tube is the same material used by my Physical Therapist. I used it at PT three times a week. I purchased this product because it was the exact same thing that the Therapist used. I continue to use it each day.

I first learned about this product when I was given a length of it by my Chirporactor. I had asked what I could do to build my upper body strength. I used the length given me and finally wore it out after six months of twice daily use. I bought a supply for myself and continue to be very pleased with the product and the results from daily use.
