My cable weights machine is in my cold garage and I found the usual metal stirrup was (a) too bulky (b) too cold (c) too rigid to get a good range of movement. Saw these being used on a YouTube video and thought I would give it a go. WOW, really impressed. No longer freezing hands (even using gloves the metal one were bl@@ding cold!!), these are VERY comfortable to hold, they offer such a diverse range of movements that I use them for a total body workout. I thought they wouldn’t be robust enough being material - wrong - they have had lots of use and they are in ‘as new’ condition. these are not used for light weights either! The great thing about them aside from being warm and comfortable to use is the range of use, as the straps lay flat against the back of your hand as you extend out to the maximum extent of your workout - whereas the metal conventional type reduces movement and rubs against the back of your hand which restrict movement. These are so good, I bought two more pairs so that I have one fitted on each of my 6 pulley locations.

I'm not getting any younger and I've been struggling to use weights for shoulder workouts for a couple of years now. I saw these and decided to give them a try. So far I'm very impressed and have been able to exercise my shoulders without issue. Albeit only using the "lightest" 3 bands so far. It also adds a new element to keep exercise new and interesting.

The metal rings on these are thicker than any other grip I've used, so thick that I couldn't attach them to the clasp on any of my resistance bands (all Topelek brand), as such they are pretty much useless for me. Have since bought a set of Kylin Sport brand handles which are percect.Appreciate the need for strong materials, I imagine a lot of people will run into the same problem with these.

Needed some new resistance band handles and found these. Great quality and love the colour. Would recommend as they are well made and good value for money.

Made my hands bleed!Super cheap quality nylon straps are very abrasive and grazed my hands to the point that they bled after just a couple of sets. The handles are smaller than indicated in the pictures and made out of flimsy plastic. They squeak while in use and are likely to break soon. I'd send them back but it isn't worth the effort.The models in the pictures must have tiny hands, because these are very very small and thin. The handles squeak loudly when in use as the cheap materials rub together and the straps rub over my knuckles and fingers because the handle is so small. The strap material is thin and abrasive, so I've got scratches on my hands where they've rubbed, which hasn't happened on any other handles I've used. The pictures make it look like these are big TRX style straps, but they're actually more like child's toys. They kind of serve their purpose for now, but I'm not expecting them to last for more than a few months.

they do the job well but they are not the same thickness as the advertisment
