Steel Resistance Band Handles (Set of 2)

I use these when deadlifting with a 220 pound resistance band doubled over, making it 440 pounds worth of resistance. These are solid and take the weight effortlessly. I have to get a heavier band now, probably a 300 pound one that when doubled over will be about 600 pounds of resistance and I bet these things will still handle that weight with ease. If you're concerned about the plastic grip not being very "grippy" the solution for that is easy: wrap them in athletic tape. These seem to be the best resistance band handles out there right now.This is just an update from a few weeks later; I did get the 300 pound band, and when doubled over it can exert about 600 pounds of resistance when deadlifting. These handles have been able to handle this with ease. They haven't broken or shown any signs of weakness yet. It's a great product for heavy resistance band training.

Used as an add-on to the X3 system in order to perform a dead-squat-style exercise. They could be a little "shorter" to keep similar tension in the bands, but that is merely a preference. Solid, well-made, and should last for a long time.

I bought these quite awhile a ago and didn't take to them immediately; I'm not sure why. I started using them again and I really like the comfort in my hands. I have arthritis in my fingers that make gripping mulitiple heavier bands painful. The RB handles solve that problem. I can stack heavy bands and deadlift more comfortably. The handles are a bit pricey but worth it to me.

I own a few different style of handles for loop style resistance bands and these are by far the absolute best. Built like a tank and they put the band closer to your hand for better tension than some other style handles.

These handles seem very well made. I've been using them for about a month now and so far I'm very happy with them.

I bought these directly from Baraban, but they're exactly the same. The handles are fantastic, strong, and a great shape. The only problem is the waffle pattern on the handles. If they switched out the waffle plastic for silicone grip tape, it'd be five stars. I bought my own silicone grip tape and switched it out. Don't let that stop you from purchasing, though - just know that you're probably going to want to cut off the plastic and replace it.
