Scarlet Darkness Women's Gothic Steampunk Skirt Victorian High-Low Bustle Skirt

Purchased in 2021. Size Large. We have had this skirt for 4 years. It has been worn by several different sizes of women, from a size 0 (we had to tuck and gather the skirt around the waist) to a size 14. Perfect fit! We have gotten so many compliments on this skirt. Not only is it iridescent, but the purple-blue color is so pretty. When you walk, the skirt material is so light that it flows behind you and shimmers. We have styled in so many ways. We have used many different sizes of crinoline under this skirt. We have worn it gathered and down. It was unavailable in this color for a couple of years, so I could not review it, but they have it available again. We also own the same skirt in black. This is the go-to favorite one for all the girls. If we needed two, we would purchase this again. Highly recommend.

sizing was accurate, waistband is stretchy, the feel is satiny/silky and lovely, I particularly like the strings on the front/side to make the length adjustable. It was the best find to complete the pirate look I was going for! great value for the money.

Fits perfectly! I love that it goes up in the front and ties in place. Very feminine and flattering. The material is not too thick or thin, but it doesn't stretch either, so GET YOUR SIZE!

Love it only issue is the placement of the ruffles in front can make you look pregnant or like you have a belly but super light and comfortable looks great with a skirt underneath

Very nice quality. This is not a cheap costume looking skirt. It's well made and the fabric is beautiful. I got the red and I'm really wanting the blue too. The sizing recommended it get a medium but after reading reviews I ordered a small and it fit perfectly. The waist has a zipper for easy on and off. Will order again!

This skirt is perfect!! The quality is fantastic! I ordered a medium, which would be my normal size and it fits perfectly!! Just what I wanted and even better than expected!

The skirt is great. Like others say in comments, it is a nice skirt and should do the trick for Halloween. The issue was with the size/exchange. After buying a medium, I decided I may need a large. The medium felt a bit too tight even considering there is an elastic. In the meantime, the price went up (about a day in between). I called Amazon and was told to return the medium, order the large, and then I would get a refund on the difference. I was skeptical but proceeded anyway only to find out the person advised me incorrectly. It seems that not everyone offers a free exchange of sizes. Had it not been for this issue, it would have been great but consider this if you feel you may be in between sizes.
