Ok.
My son loves paw patrol, these things stopped working after the second time in the tub. Although they love them as regular play toys they would have enjoyed them more if they actual were able to wind up.

I bought this toy for my 2 year old to play with in the pool. He likes it for a minute but the toy doesn’t quite “swim” well. He kicks his legs, but goes really slow and sometimes you have to get him started.

My nephew is a huge Paw Patrol fan. Rocky and Rubble are his two favorite pups. However, there really isn't much new coming out featuring them. This was such an exciting find, because the added bonus that he loves water, and bath time. He immediately wanted to use them at the party in the kiddy pool, and is constantly running around the house with them, asking for bath time. Only complaint is the wind up is a little difficult for his tiny fingers.

Cute, but easy to break if you over-wind it.
We are on our third one of these. Unlike the other pups (we have them all), this one is easy to break if you over-wind it.

Great for a toddler
This paddle paw patrol is as cute as can be and my 22 month old grandson loves it. It basically just paddled it's feet and does not move around the water. It is great for the water table.
