Very easy to assemble, good quality "fake" wood
Good quality for the price, and for MDF or engineered wood. Arrived in good condition, no damage to the part, no missing part etc. Had a few extra screws and the like, which is good. Assembled in like 30-40 min while watching TV. Looks decent for what it is, fits the purpose. Only thing to be aware of is that you need a few different types of screw drivers to put this together (manual is fine, no need for electric or anything), but this doesn't come with all teh tools, you have to have your own tools. Totally fine though, I just borrowed from a neighbor :)

Excellent set of bedside tables
Always a little sceptical of flat pack furniture as I have had some nightmare builds over the years but I was actually very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the parts and the ease of assembly. One table only takes about 15-20 minutes to fully assembly and the finished article is very impressive in terms of quality and overall finish. We opted for the black tables and I am very pleased with the final result. Sturdy and a really nice sheen finish.

Some holes are too small and need enlarging first
The 2 bedside tables came very well packed and protected.I already have 2 of these, that I made up earlier this year for the main bedroom, and these 2 are for the 2nd bedroom. When finished, they look very nice and are excellent value, but it can be a bit of a slog to get them built. The big problem are the holes for the blunt ended screws - the ones that are locked in with another screwing lock from the side (sorry, I don't know what these are called).Being blunt ended, if they don't fit in the hole in the first place, you can not establish it to grip in the hole when you start screwing it in.Instead, the screwdriver slips off and bits of laminate get broken up all around the hole and looks a right old mess.It is not helped in that the top of these blunt screws have a very shallow screw head in which to lock your screwdriver.Fortunately for me, the first 3 badly damaged holes were eventually covered up by other pieces but it was a bit distressing at first - and there are 18 of these screws to screw in altogether for each one. Then I discovered the answer is to enlarge each screw hole first. This is just for these screws only as all the other holes are fine.To enlarge them, I simply inserted the screwdriver in the holes and carefully twisted it which cut back the edge of the hole just enough to be able to get the screw started. However, I still had to screw them in very, very carefully and very slowly as it is hard to keep the screwdriver locked in the screw head. Also don't apply too much downwards pressure as, if and when, you slip off the screw head, you won't then gouge out a bit of the wood and laminate as you plummet into it.Once you have done all 18, it is then a doddle to finish off, other than it gets a bit fiddly to get at the locking screws in the later stages. The instructions are well drawn and fairly clear, though there is one stage missed out where you need to screw in another 2 of the blunt ended screws into the front of drawer panel - see image. Each screw type comes in its own, clearly labelled bag and each piece is labelled as well.I had one spare left over of each type of screw.
