I ordered the battery for my laptop which had been sitting, for a young family member who is going back to school. Had to be there quickly and it was! Snapped it into the laptop , turned it over and turned it on and the battery worked exactly as it should have. It was about half charged, and a good night's charge and the battery was up to 100%.The best surprise is no surprise!

My laptop is several years old. The battery would not hold a charge longer than 5 minutes. Super easy install - pop out and pop in. All works like new and the price is reasonable. Very Happy.

I've seen this brand pop up in my recommendations in the past for previous laptops, but didn't think much about it until I needed a battery for my Dell. While the watt hours on this battery is lower than the old stock battery, it'll still last me a solid 2-3 hours off of one charge which is all I need any way, so I find it doesn't bother me. I tend to avoid using the battery under heavy load, but for standard use, this battery is absolutely amazing! This battery is also compatible with my Dell's fast charging feature, which is nifty [UPDATE] 6 months later, my battery is already cooked. Windows says it's at 100%, but as soon as you unplug the PC, it instantly shuts off! Very disappointed cause at first everything was well and the battery was solid. Hard to find a decent battery for laptops these days...[UPDATE TWO]After a few weeks of looking around for product support (THEY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO EMAIL) they FINALLY sent a replacement that works 100% again! It's too bad the product support isn't the best because the batteries themselves are decent (assuming they last) I really hope the last one was just a dud and this one will last longer.

This battery does just what it’s supposed to do. In fact, this is the 2nd time I have purchased this product. I purchased this battery for my laptop several months ago. I was so pleased with the performance that I ordered the same product when my husband needed a new battery for his laptop.

I have a Dell Latitude E6540, it was given to me by a friend for free but the battery was almost finished when I got it. I would get at most 15 min from the extended battery. Finally it gave out completely and I ordered this battery as replacement.I wish I did that sooner. I'm an adult working a full time job, paying a mortgage and going taking online classes so my time to get things done is limited as it is. I did not realize how freeing it is to be able to just open my laptop and go. Having to keep my laptop plugged in and finding a place to work that was close enough to an outlet was aggravating to say the least. I get a few hours of life out of the battery on a full charge when I'm using my laptop but in sleep mode I have yet to open my laptop up and find the battery dead already, even when i go a few days without using it.I'm only a few weeks in but I have considered buying another to keep as a spare just in case the current battery is damaged or I just need to keep my computer up while on the go. I will definitely consider buying more products from this brand in the future.

Not worth the money. Installed in a Dell E6440 laptop. Battery fits perfectly, recognized by Bios, and has reasonable battery life, but it doesn't work correctly with the Dell power management system. I've had lots of problems when the machine is plugged into power adapter. The system will fail to recognize battery, gives report that battery level is critically low and then shuts down. This occurs most often when laptop is switching from charging battery to just running on power adapter, but I've had it occur at other random times as well. Machine shuts down abruptly. This happens in either Windows or Linux. Doesn't happen with battery removed. Frustrating because it seemed OK for a couple of weeks, and now seems to be getting worse and worse.

not mad one bit at the performance of this battery. i've used OE Dell batteries for years over the various Dell laptops i've had in my business. i saw the reviews for this and figured i'd give it a shot. i had to send the first one back because it just didn't seem to be cutting it even after following the seller's initial charging protocols to a tee. but, they seller was EXTREMELY responsive and prompt with the replacement. great seller and nice product.UPDATE:I received the replacement described above sometime in possibly March of 2016 and as of February 2016, the red "X" is showing, it doesn't hold a charge for but a few minutes and my computer is telling me to replace the battery. Performance was good for a few months but in my opinion, it dropped off pretty considerably for a while then recently has basically given up. Oh well.

Purchased this battery 6/15/16, as of few weeks ago it only lasts for 20 to 30 min. and when it warns you of low battery ..you better plug in to charger quickly or it shut down within sec...I have taken great care to let battery discharge and re-charge it per instructions. Not happy at all with this product at all. If could it would of got a BID ZERO ( 0 ). DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY...I WILL BE BUYING A DELL BATTERY !!! 05/18/2017 received new battery from this company, because mine was under warranty. This Co. e-mailed me that they would back-up their product and reminded me that battery was still under warranty. In a few months I will judge this battery again...that is why I am only giving a 3 stars. I hope in 8 to 12 months that I will be giving this product (5 STARS) We will see.!!! I thank you for sending me a NEW battery at no charge. Paul,.... WELLLL it has been over an year since I received the replacement FREE battery and it has been functioning like it supposed to. I am very happy with this product, so I came back like I said I would to give a great rating. Thank You !!!

For this price, this battery did not disappoint. The first charge scared me because it did run out fast. But after that I charged it again and it lasts many hours of YouTube and light gaming without running out.I've heard when you first buy it, don't use it right away. First charge it fully, then turn the laptop on and let the battery run out. Then charge it fully again and then you can start using it normally.

From fully charged, the battery only lasts about 2.5 hours before needing a recharge.

Really great product!

Battery charges to 96% max. Discharged to 90% within 4 mins. Battery drains much quicker than a Dell battery. Returning this item and switching back to my old Dell battery as it has more predictable remaining charge.
