Worked just fine
Micron's good stuff, used them for years. I bought this to replace in a Lenovo laptop that had only 4GB of RAM, one RAM slot, 8GB max. This fit in, tested perfect with memtest86 (no errors), and is working great. Thanks

PC3L memory - why the "L"?
Works like it should. What else can I say???????Watch the PC3L designation. These operate on 1.35 volts - many (most?) recent computers use these ultra low-voltage memory modules. A 1.5 volt module WILL NOT WORK IN THESE RECENT COMPUTERS. Yes, I agree, the difference between 1.5 and 1.35 volts is minimal - but your computer will know!!!!!Note - the title I see is "8GB Micron DDR3 1600 MHz PC3-12800" - - the "L" is missing. I had to look at the photo to be certain this module was indeed the low-volt version.

The memory was the correct, but shipping took a couple of days, not next day.

Micron DDR3 not compatible with WD PR4100 NAS.
Purchased 2 sticks of 8GB Micron DDR3 to upgrade WD PR4100 Cloud. With Micron memory system would not boot. Returned PR4100 to Western Digital for analysis/repair. WD determined 8GB Micron DDR3 1600M... 1G64Hz 1GE1 6966674-001 is not compatible. Replaced with original Innodisk DR3L and system now works fine. Memory was purchased in June 2019 do it may be too late to return to vendor. Shipping and problem solving took longer than 30 days!
