Q: How can this be used in water purifier as it doesn't come in a cartridge?

Well ! I had earlier old cartridge with its original lid.. This I used (lid or tight fitting cap) after ordering a new one; (Amazon seller did't give THE cap.. which they ought to..I insist) and lo! behold ! My dilemma was self-resolved.
