Every leader should read this book
I had to read this book for a masters program I'm in, but I think this is the better leadership book I have read. It has inspired me to be a better leader, when the time comes, but more importantly, it has inspired me to want to be a better human being. Every leader, at every level, should put this book on their reading list and read it.

It's an Inspiring Book
(Was also forced to read for freshman year of college)Though I don't like reading educational books, this one was a nice book to read and wasn't as boring as I thought it would be. It really is an inspiring about creating unity with the people around you.

Ubuntu Message for Community Change
I've appreciated the concept and philosophy of Ubuntu for quite some time, and was looking for a good way to share this easily with others in business and community contexts. I am grateful to authors Lundin and Nelson for sharing Ubuntu in the form of a business fable that makes it easily accessible to readers at all levels. Just last week, one of my colleagues shared this philosophy in an inter-generational summer camp. You can read more here if you'd like to learn about one way to bring the concept to life:[...]Ubuntu is powerful for business teams and organizations, and for community building. I strongly recommend it.

Ubuntu for the Universe!
Ubuntu is a concept that is new to me, and yet not new at all. The idea of interconnectedness is precisely what we should be pursuing on this planet. I was so moved by this book, that I wrote a poem about it, and continue to pursue the path of Ubuntu every day. I am living this concept at even a deeper level because I am a heart transplant candidate and have been overwhelmed by the people who have come forward to support me and my family out of pure love.UBUNTU through and through!

loved the message, stiff delivery
This book shares an amazing story of how the African philosophy of Ubuntu helped change a company. Although delivered in stiff conversation, the message is clear and thought provoking.
