LEGO City Deep Sea Explorers 60091 Starter Building Kit

This is such a great set - it's small and inexpensive so we always keep one or two put away at home in case we need a quick gift for any child between the ages of 3-12. The pieces are small, but it's a really cool set, even older kids like it (if I am honest, even I have enjoyed playing with it). It might be the first toy I've seen a teenager and toddler both enjoy playing with together. It would be a great thing to bring to a restaurant if you need to buy time to enjoy your food before your kids get antsy.

This was a fun, quick build. Three mini figures, a neat undersea rover, and the shark, which was my favorite part. This is perfect for those Lego fans who also love Shark Week, which is exactly why I bought it.

My son ordered these toys with money that he earned from dog-sitting a neighbor's dog. He took a lonnnnnng time choosing the exact Lego sets that he wanted to purchase because he knew how hard he had worked for the money and didn't want to waste it! I asked him what he thought of them and he said, "I like this a lot. My favorite part is the guys because they have flippers on their feet and there is a girl in this set, too. I was disappointed because I thought I would be able to put somebody (one of the Lego guys) inside the scuba diver thing (the yellow piece of diving equipment) and you can't do that because it's not big enough. Other than that I really like this set, though."

I got this item same day and I needed it for a last minute kids party invitation. It arrived in good shape. However, for about $50+ I was expecting a bigger kit. For that price, you get a pretty decent sized Lego item at (Target). This was in a TINY box. Maybe 4x6. I should have investigated further.

I'm a LEGO fanatic from way back. I'm trying to introduce my son to them and this is a perfect set to start with. It was easy for him to put together and he is already taking it apart, adding things to it an using his imagination. LOVE LEGO!!!

will start off by saying that I am very supportive of presents that are NOT electronic. Its alright to have some, but I am also so secretly happy when my nephews ask for things like Legos. If that makes me old school, I will take it as a compliment! I have purchased several of the starter kits in different themes, and he really enjoys them. I feel like these kits come with enough parts to make it worth the money. I would recommend these to anyone looking for LEGOS :) Great buy, and were delivered quick. I am glad that they were, because it was a last minute gift that needed to get to Colorado. Thanks!

Gave to coworker for a gift exchange. He loves toys for his desk and is a shark enthusiast. He had it put together by the next day.

If I could give this a half star I would. This box is definitely not worth it. It's the smallest box of Legos I've ever seen and the price is outrageous. I will be returning.
