Yes. It performs just like the original mirror.

Q: visor came without hardware, does it come separately?

Mine came without hardware also,I just used existing hardware from old visor

Q: Dimensions say 6 inches x 4 inches x 0.7 inches. Which I believe is wrong, what are the correct dimensions?

This is the same size as the OEM part. Just note that this part does NOT connect the light switch to automatically illuminate when you flip the visor dow like the OEM part does.
