The machine works really well and it's not loud. The sizes larger than I expected, but it makes about a gallon and a half of distilled water in 4 and 1/2 hours. Distilling with a pot on top of the stove, I only yielded about 8 oz in 2 hours, and this is easy and clean and I'm sure much more energy efficient! A true Miracle, as there are shortages due to COVID-19 and now I will never have to worried about buying distilled water at the store again! The machine does require you to change the filter every couple of months, and I have an email out to the seller to find out how and where to obtain those filters.

This is every thing they promised. It saves me time and money, oh and my back from having to lug the gallon distilled water all the time. I love it. They include a cleaner but I just used undiluted vinegar and let it set and cleans it right up! Straight vinegar is great for hard water spots besides being cheaper and better for mother nature!

I had this product a little over a year before it stopped working. As others have mentioned, it would shut off not even half way through. Motor worked as the water heated up and the fan worked. I took it apart and made sure the coil condenser was working and it was. Checked the ON bottom because sometimes the inside piece can come off, fixed that and it would still shut off. I could not figure out why it was not working properly. There is no company to call for replacement parts or troubleshooting directions based on the brand. It's disappointing to invest money in a product only for it to last a little over year. I plan to purchase a new one, but one where there is an actually company to call for assistance or new parts.

Makes plenty water quickly, gave it a 4 only because hard to remove heavy lid, it suctions and takes strength or 2 people to remove

Bought it August 2020. Within probably 5-6 months tye start button broke. Now 10 months in. The unit is clean and the unit overheats and shuts off.Good feature, It Does Distill Quickly!

Update: 8/8/22: it is now malfunctioning. It turns off randomly and has to be turned back on to continue working. I clean it appropriately, I store it safely, and I was using it about once every 3 weeks. It is a basic machine and should have lasted 20 years. Can no longer recommend, regardless of customer service helping me in the beginning.Original review:I used it once to make sure it worked. Then waited a looong time to use it again. I forgot there is a black on/off button on the back of the machine! I thought the “on” indicator light in front was the switch! Quarantine brain fog! That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! The machine works exactly as it should and I look forward to saving money on distilled water for my cpap machine.I also appreciate that it can sit on my kitchen counter and quietly produce fresh distilled water.

Actually don’t use it as much a I want to. It turns out my water is very clean. Very little residue left when done. Made my water less alkaline so I prefer to drink from tap. That’s odd because you’d think with pure H2O it would test neutral. ???? Will use it when I need it. Not sure how much electricity consumption is when I have to keep it on for 4 hours.

This unit has mixed quality. the SS container and plastic bottle are good but the heater is separating from the tank and will soon fail. The start switch is cheap crap and will soon fail again.I wished it would last for at least 3 years but it appears that just over 1 year is it's life time.It has distilled about 40 Gallons of water. I could just buy distilled water for ~ $1/ gallon.They welded aluminum to SS. Very bad idea.All of them are made in China and appear to be cheap crap.
