Upon unpacking, I noticed the back cover damaged. It was bent in half.

Did not help with the exam. There was a few typos and practice test did not help in any way. Also some of the answers were wrong especially regarding the leadership grid. The book needs to be updated, and give tips on what to look out for to help people successfully pass.
