Wouldn't recommend. Dyed and dirty
I bought two boxes based on a friend’s recommendation—she got the same brand from a store. I found it on Amazon from this seller, but I was shocked to see the Freekeh was dyed with a dark artificial color. I washed it multiple times, yet when I cooked it, black powder residue stuck to the pot. It also wasn’t clean, with hard particles that nearly broke my teeth. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ll be switching back to Al Doha—it’s a bit more expensive but much better quality.
