Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, 64GB, Silver (Renewed)

Had my phone for a couple of weeks now and had no issues with it at all, it works like new and I’m so happy with it! It’s in amazing condition and a great price compared with other refurbished phones.I had a notification to say the screen may not be genuine, but it doesn’t affect the touch or display at all so doesn’t bother me. Would recommend to anyone!

iPhone came as described and had no scratches, battery life was good. It also came with a screen protector which was really handy. Parcel was packaged really well and delivered very quick. Would recommend sandpx and would buy from them again

I have no major issues with the sellers, I had tried to return this out of warranty as I have major personal circumstances of my own fault. However, I want to note that Apple's systems warned me both the battery and the screen were not genuine. The sellers have kindly notified me that the screen was genuine, but I do wonder why Apple's IOS system could not tell me about the battery health as it stated it was not genuine, and also could not tell me about the screen as it detected it to be non genuine.So I don't know who to believe.My reasons for returning it were, if my memory serves me well - the battery would drain rapidly and was not genuine as a main reason i.e. not genuine, and the screen seemed to be loosely fitted on, and I think - though am not certain - I had issues with responsiveness.The price I paid at the time was bargain, they never claimed their products are genuine fully, so they didn't lie or anything.But for people who buy - just be aware of this.

Bought this for my mum as a present - refurb but basically doesn't have a single mark on it - you would think it was new if you saw it. Really good price and I'm sure my mum is going to enjoy the upgrade from her iphone 6!!

Everything is okay so far. But missing one item in the order. It says lightning headphone included in the box, but didn’t receive it.
